The newly-constructed in-campus entrepreneurial lane was inaugurated on February 5, 2010. A ceremonial blessing started at exactly 2:45 P.M. by Rev. Fr. Renato Cuadras which was attended by college officials, some members of the Board of Trustees, some faculty, staff, and guests. The first room of the building houses a snack bar named Futtu Kafé. This business is operated by the HRT Department under the supervision of Ms. Novelita J. Belmes, OIC-Department Head. The second room serves as an internet café bearing the name Copy Shoppe. It is operated by the Computer Department, with 40 brand new desktop computers fully equipped with LCD monitors, web cameras, and headphones with microphone. The internet café is supervised by Engr. Juniffer S. Badoles, Computer Department Head. Ms. Tania Padilla of Globe Telecom graced the occasion with the members of the College Board led by College President Dr. Luis M. Sorolla, Jr. She cut the ceremonial ribbons to officiate the opening of the entrepreneurial lane with Hon. Ida B. Endonila, Hon. Zinnia P. Teruel, and the college president assisting. Other board members present to witness the rites are Hon. Eleazar R. Blando, Hon. Leo S. Sombiro, and Dr. Nehema K. Misola. In same day, ceremonial blessing of the following were held: 1) main campus grounds at 10 A.M., sponsored by WVCST College PTA; 2) N-Building and Laboratory School grounds at 1:30 P.M. sponsored by the Laboratory School PTA, and 3) WVCST New Site sponsored by the Student Government organization.
